Glenn reportedly has a lengthy a criminal history. He has faced charges of malicious mischief, third and fourth degree assault and driving without a license, KHQ News reports. He was also reportedly involved in a “riot with a deadly weapon.”
Kinard also has a juvenile criminal history, but few details were immediately available.
Belton was pronounced dead early Thursday morning after being brutally beaten by the two teens in a parking lot on Wednesday evening.
The victim’s family spoke out on the tragic incident on Friday, revealing graphic details about the elderly man’s final moments.
Belton’s daughter-in-law, Bobbie Belton, told KREM-TV that the suspect’s beat her brother to death with “great big heavy flashlights.”
“The doctors said he was bleeding from all parts of his face,” she added.
“He fought for this country,” said Belton’s sister, Alberta Tosh, on Friday. “Then he comes home and a couple of creeps kill him in the worst way.”
The veteran, also known affectionately as “Shorty,” was wounded in the Battle of Okinawa. He was shot in the leg but heroically continued to fight.

With the second suspect believed to have been involved in his death is still on the loose, thousands gathered in Spokane, WA on August 23 to honor WWII Army veteran Delbert "Shorty" Belton.

88-year old Belton was attacked and beaten with flashlights by two black teens outside of Eagles Lodge on August 21.
CBS Seattle reported Belton's daughter-in-law said the attackers "used those big flashlights" and "doctors said he was bleeding from all parts of his face."
Belton's friends were shocked their dear friend--who survived being shot during WWII--ended up being killed in a parking lot attack in Spokane at the hands of fellow citizens.
Thousands of people attended the August 23 candlelight vigil for Belton, including many people who had not even known him but came to "pay tribute to an American hero."
Police have made one arrest in the attack that took Belton's life; a second suspect is still on the run.
